SALSA A SALUD

Salsa a Salud is a dance wellness program that bridges mental and physical wellness. With the instruction of a seasoned dance instructor/ social worker, participants are able to learn cultural salsa dancing while learning how to use dance as a tool for releasing stress and grounding.

W.A.V.E

This weekly youth group is designed for teens and pre-teens to come together and in a safe  and engaging space. In this group youth are taught to manage their emotions and behavior using the W.A.V.E framework for mental health while engaging in group activities

COFFEE &
CONVERSATION

Coffee & Conversation is our weekly support group where participants can join together to reflect on shared and different life experiences over a cup of coffee. These groups are held in Spanish and in English on a weekly basis. Virtual sessions are also available
